Christine lives with Armand Fritz near Keams Canyon, AZ on the Hopi Reservation. She was born on First Mesa to the Fire Clan. She has only begun carving in the last couple of years, (1998). Her primary teacher has been Armand but she is exposed to many of the other very talented carvers and she is an astute observer! Christine is also a potter and has had some commercial success in this area as well.
